Kimberly Glover is a passionate women’s empowerment leader, motivational speaker, mentor, and advocate dedicated to helping girls and women break cycles of defeat, hopelessness, trauma, and limitation. As the Founder and CEO of Girls of DESTINEY, Kimberly has devoted her life to encouraging women from all walks of life to discover their value, embrace healing, and walk boldly in purpose.

Through faith, compassion, mentorship, and real-life transformation, Kimberly empowers teenage girls, young adult women, and mature women to overcome the emotional, spiritual, and mental barriers that often keep them bound to cycles of abuse, neglect, poor choices, insecurity, and despair. Her message is rooted in the belief that no life is beyond restoration and that with the love of God, wisdom, healing, and support, every woman has the ability to rise above her circumstances and fulfill her destiny.

Kimberly’s heart for outreach and restoration has opened doors for her to speak at multiple conferences, universities, churches, shelters, and community events throughout the years. Her speaking engagements have included appearances at Morgan State University, women’s shelters in Baltimore, Maryland, churches and community gatherings, and most recently a women’s shelter in Charlotte, North Carolina. Through every platform, her mission remains the same: to demonstrate the love of God while helping women and girls break the cycle of bondage and reclaim hope for their future.

Under Kimberly’s leadership, Girls of DESTINEY continues to serve as a source of encouragement, empowerment, education, healing, and hope for women seeking transformation and purpose. The organization is committed to equipping women with practical tools, spiritual encouragement, mentorship, and life-building principles that inspire confidence, growth, and lasting change.
